StancioHub provides software development services including:

- Mobile and web application development
- Custom software and business systems
- Ongoing maintenance and technical support
Client Obligations
As our client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your project requirements
- Provide timely feedback and approvals during the development process
- Make payments according to the agreed schedule
- Ensure all content you provide does not violate any laws or third-party rights
- Keep login credentials and sensitive information secure
Payment Terms
- 50% deposit is required before project work begins
- Remaining 50% is due upon project completion and approval
- Maintenance fees are billed monthly in advance
- We accept bank transfer (BCA, Mandiri, BNI) and other agreed payment methods
Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, you own the custom code and designs created specifically for your project
- We retain ownership of our development tools, frameworks, and reusable components
- Third-party libraries and services remain under their respective licenses
Warranties and Limitations
- We warrant our work will be performed professionally and according to agreed specifications
- Bug fixes are provided free of charge for 30 days after project completion
- We do not guarantee specific business results, rankings, or revenue from our services
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question
Project Cancellation
- If you cancel after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable
- We may terminate the agreement if payments are overdue or obligations are not met
- Upon cancellation, you receive all completed deliverables up to that point
Confidentiality
We treat all project information as confidential. We will not share your business information, source code, or proprietary data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes will be resolved through the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia, or through mutual agreement on alternative dispute resolution.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
